  • The product packaging is completely unopened and sealed
  • The product hasn't been used or consumed in any way
  • Refund request is made within 15 days of purchase
  • Original purchase receipt or order confirmation is available

Non-Refundable Situations

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds in these cases:

  • If the product packaging has been opened or tampered with
  • If any amount of the churna has been used or consumed
  • Requests made after 15 days of purchase
  • Products purchased from third-party sellers or unauthorized dealers
