- The product packaging is completely unopened and sealed
- The product hasn't been used or consumed in any way
- Refund request is made within 15 days of purchase
- Original purchase receipt or order confirmation is available
Non-Refundable Situations
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds in these cases:
- If the product packaging has been opened or tampered with
- If any amount of the churna has been used or consumed
- Requests made after 15 days of purchase
- Products purchased from third-party sellers or unauthorized dealers
How Refunds Work

- Include your order number and proof of purchase

- Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
